The first part of this project is to get it app built. As such the first investors can have a 15% stake in the company for an investment $375 000. This would allow for the app to be built, which in turn would assist in bringing tutors into the fold. After getting tutors and being able to advertise their expertise the next move would be to begin advertising to learners.
